Elsha Leventis

Elsha Leventis is a Dutch-born, Toronto-based contemporary painter. Working playfully and expressively in oils and mediums on large sheets of Mylar, her work explores the intricate forms and organic patterns of the iris, capturing the interplay of light, color, and texture in intimate, large-scale compositions.

Leventis graduated from the Ontario College of Art and Design (OCAD) with a specialization in Drawing and Painting and is also a trained psychotherapist and art therapist through the Toronto Art Therapy Institute. Her paintings have been accepted into numerous juried exhibitions, including the Toronto Outdoor Art Show, and are included in private collections across Canada, the United States, and Europe.
