C. Adele Gillis was born in Toronto and studied Fine Arts at the Ontario College of Art & Design. An established portrait artist of both the human & animal variety, she has a unique style and sensitivity towards capturing the emotions and personalities of her subjects in both her acrylic paintings, as well as charcoal drawings.
