Sarah Martin

Sarah Martin is a fine arts graduate, completing a degree from York University and a diploma from Georgian College’s School of Design and Visual Arts. She received scholarships at both these institutions. Her work is centered around the materials and processes she uses. Her works often incorporate collage, photography, wax, and resin while plaster is often used as a painting support. By using materials such as plaster and wax she able to give the works an appearance that evokes a sense of age and history. Sarah has won awards locally and has been shown both nationally and internationally.
